Unlike Antonie Rozner (3 x DP Wins) this young Japanese star on the rise only has 1 Win on the DPW Tour but a stat that really is incredible is-

#1 in the WORLD Amatuer Rankings for an astonishing 87 week- that eclipsed the previous record held by Non other than JON RAHM.

He also produced an ALBATROSS on the final Day in Dubai 2 weeks ago, he can go on runs & if you thi I am joking when I say he is better than 1 of the youngest best in Ludvig Aberg, I am not kidding, this 23 yr old is a freak.

When this star is on he can go really Low and being his age he needs confidence early in the event, the big course should suit perfectly.

He will be playing PGA at some point in 2025 he has beaten most of the Worlds Top 20 so he is up to this.

My biggest Play in this event with $200 on @ $50 mat on Betfair, he is @ $10.50 to Top 5, Top 10 @ $5.60 & Top 20 @ $3.40.

My total outlay on Keita is $500.

I actually tipped this Chinese player last year in 2024 but he finished afew times in Top 40 markets only.

Whatever he is doing he has changed his game with recent results of T24 last week in Bahrain with a -8, previous week in Dubai a T22 with a -8 soasically has finished in the Top 40 in his past 5 events.

He has already won 3 on this Tour so is capable but unlike Rozner & Nakajima he rarely shoots very low 60s, his average is 69.

I have only had $100 on WIN only as he really is trending well for this, I do prefer Andrea Pavan over Li in this event but it is always who starts well or better.

He is much shorter in markets than he should be.

I had PAVAN & Callum TAREN to win last week, Pavan was $250 & Tarren was $780 all matched on Betfair, well TARREN led into the final day with Andrea Pavan close and both finished in the Top 20.

Tarren was -12 only 2 off the winner (he had his chance though) & PAVAN was -11 only 3 off the winner (Laurie Canter).

PAVAN started very well last week with a 68 & 65 before concentration cost him on day 3 with a 72 & he carded the same 72 on day 4.

He only had to avaergae 69 and he wins easily, he too had his chance but PAVAN has already won 2 on tour and hlast few events he has carded 65 to 67.

If he can be more consistent especially around the GREENS he can easily figure here, currently ranked 56th in the R2D (Race to Dubai) a Win can boost him up the rankings.

I had $100 matched on betfair to win, Top 10 @ $10.50 & Top 20 @ $5.20. Again I would back him over Li but Li is playing well of late. Covering bases.

My liability for this event is $1210 so it would be nice to get at least that back and why I cover all my plays with other markets, yes it costs you more but pretty much guarantees money back or at very worse majority returned.

SAFETY is key.

This Frenchman is pretty short which is not usually my style but he did finish T6 last year in this event with a -9 & did win it outright in 2021 with a -8 so the course should not bother him too greatly.

His recent finishes in the European Team Cup excellent (T2) which was in January 2025, his only real blemish was a T74 in Mauritius but before that he was on FIRE with a T3 in the DPWTpen @ -11, T6 @ Abu Dhabi HSBC Champs with a -20 & he really should have won as on Day 1 he carded a 73 then went on with a 65, 67, 63 so you can see the 73 really affected his result.

Still all in all he carded a -20 and that was on the back of an outright 4th @ GENESIS with a
-15.

He is in form and is one player that if he starts well can score mid 60s which is outstanding and why he is my #1 play.
