You are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your membership should you decide to cancel. However, you can request a hold/pause of a current membership to be used at a future date.

ProGolfTipping.com.au makes no guarantee of the availability of the website services and accepts no responsibility for interrupted service of any kind or for failure to provide information and/or selections from any of our subscription services for any reason. While all care is taken in the compiling of its content, ProGolfTipping.com.au accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies, typographical errors or completeness of the information displayed on the website.

5. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTIONS 17 AND 18 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

An ” account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

ProGolfTipping.com.au is an informational subscription service. We do not accept bets, provide gambling facilities, act as a bookmaker, or handle wagering funds. Any decisions to place bets based on information we provide are solely your responsibility and must be made through licensed wagering operators of your choice.

24. SUBSCRIPTIONS; FULFILMENT; NO-REFUNDS; PAUSE/CANCEL RESPONSIBILITY
    The service supplied under this subscription is the tips that are supplied. If your subscription is active at the time the tips are sent or made available, your service is regarded as having been fulfilled, and no refunds are permitted.
    It is your responsibility to ensure your subscription is de-activated (paused or cancelled) via the website before the next billing date and/or before tips for the next period are delivered. While admin may assist at our discretion if contacted, manual intervention is not guaranteed; charges incurred and tips delivered prior to your self-service action remain payable and non-refundable.
    Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each term unless paused or cancelled in advance.
